Fabiana Lavina
Fabiana Lavina is a talented Bakery Technician with a strong background in both business and hands-on baking. Originally from Brazil, she holds a degree in Business and Marketing, which has been instrumental in shaping her career in the food industry.
She spent nine years managing a busy bakery in Chicago, where she developed deep expertise in production, quality control, and team operations. Before joining our team, Fabiana also served as a General Manager for a large ice cream company, further expanding her knowledge of food service operations and leadership.
Outside of work, Fabiana enjoys hiking, camping, and music—activities that reflect her adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors. Her diverse experience and dedication to her craft make her an essential part of our bakery team.
