Fabiana Lavina brings a unique blend of operational experience and business acumen to her role as Sales Administrator. Originally from Brazil, she holds a degree in Business and Marketing, providing a strong foundation for her career in the food industry.
Fabiana spent nine years managing a high-volume bakery in Chicago, where she refined her skills in coordination, communication, and customer service. She later served as a General Manager for a large ice cream company, gaining valuable experience in team leadership and daily operations.
Now in her role as Sales Administrator, Fabiana plays a vital part in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth processes, accurate order management, and excellent service for our partners. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, and music—pursuits that reflect her energetic and adventurous nature.
With her diverse background and commitment to excellence, Fabiana is a key contributor to our team’s success.
