Brady embarked on his culinary journey in 2014, catalyzed by a transformative summer abroad in Europe. During this period, he developed a profound appreciation for the artistry of pastries, prompting him to begin part-time employment in the pastry department at Kneaders Bakery and Café. Demonstrating exceptional skill and dedication, he swiftly ascended to the role of head pastry chef, assuming responsibility for both pastry and bake teams.
Subsequently, Brady earned a promotion to the position of general manager, where he successfully guided operations of the restaurant over a span of four years. Despite the gratifying nature of his managerial role, he realized he had distanced himself from his true passion—the culinary realm. Motivated by a desire to reconnect with hands-on operations in the kitchen, Brady decided to transition to a new chapter in his professional journey by joining the Janey Lou’s family.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Brady enjoys exploring the diverse culinary scene throughout Salt Lake City, as well as nurturing an array of houseplants, engaging in yoga practices, and cherishing moments with his family.
