Her journey began in a training company, where she honed her skills and gained invaluable experience. Transitioning through three different financial institutions, she navigated the intricacies of finance while steadily advancing her career trajectory.
However, it was within the walls of a university setting that Becky stumbled upon her true calling—Human Resources. What started as a tentative exploration through a few training classes blossomed into a full-fledged passion as she assumed the mantle of running HR operations. The dynamic nature of the role, coupled with her innate knack for understanding people, ignited a fire within her that continues to burn brightly.
Amidst her professional pursuits, Becky embarked on an academic journey, earning not one but two degrees. She attained an undergraduate degree in Business Management, laying a sturdy foundation for her future endeavors, followed by a Master’s degree in Adult Education, enriching her knowledge base and skill set.
Beyond the realm of her career, Becky’s world extends to her cherished family. Alongside her husband Andy, she is the proud parent of five children and the doting grandparent of two adorable grandchildren. Together, they find solace and joy in exploring new horizons, whether it’s embarking on adventures to Disneyland or immersing themselves in the magic of every Broadway tour that graces their town. Yet, amidst the hustle and bustle of life, their greatest source of happiness lies in the simple moments they share, reveling in each other’s company and creating lasting memories that resonate for a lifetime.
