Sara Sampson
Growing up my father baked regularly at home. I would help when I could. I remember it being so much fun. About 15 years ago I started working in a bakery as a cake decorator. I continued to do that for about 4 years.
I then decided to learn the baking side of working in the bakery. I baked and decorated cakes for 3 more years. At that time, I was eager to move up and learn more. I then was promoted to bakery manager. I managed bakeries within 2 different companies. Looking to expand my bakery knowledge, I found a position with Janey Lou’s as a bakery technician.
In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors. Playing with my 100-pound dog and spending time with my husband and son.
