Angela Lou Fillmore
Angie Fillmore started her career at Sam’s Club in marketing and eventually worked her way to Assistant General Manager of the Provo UT location. Angie and James opened a retail bakery and sandwich shop in Provo. Angie would manage the store front during the day while James was still filling his role as bakery manager at Sam’s Club.
Once the store gained popularity James and Angie both moved full-time into the retail business and opened two more locations. Then in 2005 they began selling some of the bakery treats in local C-stores and Janey Lou’s was born.
In her free time Angie enjoys spending time with her family running, hiking, and cheering at the Rodeo.
