Job Description

Janey Lou’s is a premier supplier of bakery products for retail foodservice stores. Our products can be found throughout the bakery, c-store, grocery, and restaurant markets. We specialize in the development, manufacturing and distribution of customized foodservice solutions. Our swing shift maintenance position will entail a typical work schedule of 1-9:30 pm but will have the ability to work a lot of overtime. We need somebody who is reliable, knowledgeable of mechanics, a team player, and has a good attitude. The position will entail a lot of preventative maintenance with break/shutdowns taking #1'st priority. Need somebody who is able to troubleshoot mechanical problems and find solutions in a timely manner. Will be ordering and organizing spare parts and tools. Responsibilities include: • execute a preventative maintenance schedule. • maintain and fix equipment. • Ordering parts when a machine is broken. • Fix on the fly issues that occur during production with equipment. • Complete work orders put in for Maintenace related issues. • Handle communication in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
