Jose Zavala
With seven years at the company, their journey is a testament to growth, dedication, and a deep commitment to quality. Beginning in 2018 as a mixer, they quickly discovered a passion for the craft of dough mixing, gaining a strong understanding of the processes and techniques that form the foundation of exceptional products. Under the guidance of experienced supervisors, they learned the importance of precision, consistency, and pride in their work.
Through hard work and the trust placed in them, they steadily advanced within the organization earning a promotion to Head Mixer in 2024, Production Supervisor in 2025, and Production Manager for the weekend shift in 2026. In leadership roles, they strive to instill the same dedication, passion, and attention to quality in their coworkers that shaped their own career.
Outside of work, they enjoy running outdoors, reading, and spending meaningful time with their son, daughters, and grandchildren, valuing both personal balance and family above all.
