Guilliermo Martinez

Guillermo A. Anaya Martinez grew up in a small city in Colima, Mexico, surrounded by a large and close knit family. Those early experiences instilled in him a deep appreciation for connection, tradition, and lively family gatherings filled with warmth and joy—values that continue to influence both his personal and professional life.

Guillermo joined the Janey Lou’s team in 2018, beginning his journey as a Head Mixer. Through dedication and strong leadership, he earned the opportunity to oversee the swing shift as a Supervisor before advancing into the role of Production Manager. Throughout his career, he has embraced Janey Lou’s culture, viewing the company not just as a workplace, but as an extended family. He is deeply grateful for the trust and support he has received and is committed to meeting the company’s expectations while delivering the high quality products customers deserve.

Outside of work, Guillermo enjoys cooking, playing video games, and traveling with friends. He values spending time building memories with those closest to him, carrying the same sense of community and care into everything he does.
